the Alumni Grants Scheme (AGS) 2021 online grant application service. The AGS is open to all Indonesians who have graduated from a recognized Australian tertiary institution, including:
recipients of Australian Government scholarships such as Colombo Plan Scholars, Australia Awards Long-Term Award recipients, Australian Defense Program participants, Australian DIBC Program participants, and Australian Endeavor Scholarship recipients;
recipients of Government of Indonesia scholarships;
private fee-paying students;
participants in Australia Awards Fellowships and Short Courses and the Department of Immigration, Customs and Border Control ELICOS program; and
participants in Australian government hosted programs including the Australia Indonesia Muslim Exchange Program, the Bridge Project, the Australia Indonesia Youth Exchange Program, and visiting journalist programs.
We may ask you to provide a copy of your testamur, statement of graduation or other document to prove you are eligible.
Grant applications may be submitted by individual alumni, groups led or co-led by alumni, or organizations involving alumni.
Groups may include people who are not alumni and there is no limit to the number of people within a group.

AGS Application will be closed on 25 January 2021, at 23: 45 WIB (Western Indonesia Time).
NAVIGATING (MOVING THROUGH) THE APPLICATION FORM
On every screen (page of the form) you will find a Form Navigation at the bottom page You can click ‘next’ for continuous or ‘back’ for back to the previous page through the application. You can move to the next page after fill all mandatory field on one page.
SAVING YOUR DRAFT APPLICATION
If you wish to leave a partially completed application, press ‘save’ and the system will be asking email to get link for continuous next.
After you put correct email address press send for sending email. To Continue, goes to your inbox just click the link from cornito form.
SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
You will find a Submit button at the bottom of the Last Page. You need to review your application before you can submit it.
Once you have reviewed your application you can submit it by clicking on ‘Submit’ buttom. You will not be able to submit your application until all the compulsory questions are completed.
Once you have submitted your application, no further editing or uploading of support materials is possible.
When you submit your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email included copy of your application form.
If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email, then you should presume that your submission has NOT been submitted.
ATTACHMENTS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS
You may need to upload / submit attachments to support your application. This is very simple, but requires you to have the documents saved on your computer, or on a storage device.
You need to allow enough time for each file to upload before trying to attach another file. Files can be up to 2MB each; however, we do recommend trying to keep files to a maximum of 1MB – the larger the file, the longer the upload time.
